Services are governed separately

Nothing on this website is a contract, a quotation, or an offer to provide services.Managed IT, cybersecurity, compliance, cloud, and AI services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement governs.

Descriptions of what we do are general. Scope, service levels, responsibilities, and price are set per engagement.

Accuracy of the content

We aim to keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided for information only. Technology, standards, and product names change — the presence of a capability here is not a warranty that it fits your environment, your obligations, or your data classification. Ask us.

References to standards and frameworks, including CMMC, NIST 800-171, HIPAA, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, describe how we work. They are not a certification of your organization, and they are not a guarantee of any assessment outcome.

Product and company names on this site — including Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Microsoft Foundry, Azure, Anthropic, Claude, and OpenAI — are the trademarks of their respective owners. Naming them describes the platforms we work with. It does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless we say so explicitly.

The text, design, artwork, and logos on this site belong to Launch MSP, LLC or its licensors. You may read, print, and share pages for your own reference and to evaluate working with us. Please do not republish substantial portions, or use our branding, without permission.

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the infrastructure behind it, interfere with its availability, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material.
