About Launch MSP
Managed IT Built in Maryland, for the DMV
Launch MSP is headquartered in Maryland and works with organizations across the DMV — DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Close enough to show up, structured enough to run environments that cannot afford downtime.
Who We Are
A Local Partner, Not a Ticket Queue
Plenty of providers can sell you software. Launch MSP exists for the organizations that have to answer for uptime, for auditors, and for the security of their data — and want the people responsible for that to be reachable and accountable.
We are based in Maryland and support clients throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. Being in the same time zone and the same region matters more than it should have to: when something needs someone on site, that is a drive rather than a dispatch ticket.
Headquartered in Maryland
Serving organizations across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
One accountable team
A named technical contact who already knows your environment.
Security-led by default
Security and compliance shape how we run things, not an upsell.
How We Start
We Learn Your Environment Before We Recommend Anything
Every engagement begins the same way. No package quoted before anyone has looked at what you actually run.
Discovery Conversation
We start by understanding your operations, your obligations, and what is actually causing pain today.
Environment Assessment
We review infrastructure, security posture, and processes to establish where you genuinely stand.
Tailored Recommendations
A clear plan with priorities, trade-offs, and costs stated plainly.
Ongoing Partnership
We implement, monitor, and adapt as your requirements and risks change.
Assessed, Not Just Asserted
We Built the Enclave Behind a Final CMMC Level 2 Status
Launch MSP built and continues to manage the Microsoft 365 GCC High enclave a federal contractor uses for its Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). That enclave was included in the client's successful independent CMMC Level 2 assessment, carried out by an authorized CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO).
Formally, the client — not Launch MSP — holds Final CMMC Status Level 2 for its assessed environment. We built and operate the enclave the assessor examined, and our configurations and documentation were examined as part of the assessment.
- Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant and data boundaries
- Virtual desktops on Windows 365 or Azure Virtual Desktop, configured to restrict CUI transfer to local devices
- Management and cloud services checked per offering for the FedRAMP status the environment requires
- Ongoing management of the assessed environment
- In scope for a client's CMMC Status of Final Level 2 (C3PAO)
